We are dog friendly and have our own dogs in the house. We do charge an extra £10 per night for dogs to cover additional cleaning.

We have a few 'rules' in place to ensure the health & safety of yourselves, our guests and our staff in relation to bringing your dog to stay:

  • The ‘Mulberry’ Room and ‘Apple’ Room are our dog-friendly rooms with separate access from the main house.

  • We do not allow guests’ dogs in the main house.

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times during your stay. We have free-roaming chickens and Whitton is a working farm.

  • Dog owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and must bring their own dog beds – Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture.

  • If a dog’s behaviour becomes disruptive then owners are kindly asked to put them in their car.

  • Should a dog cause any damage this will be added to your bill. Post departure, if it is found that damage has been done during your stay, we reserve the right to charge the card used.

  • We reserve the right to ask any badly behaved dogs to leave the premises!
